Help Us Out Mr.President
Issues: Debt, Gas Price, War, Economy
Congratulation for becoming a new president of the United States of America. I want to let you know that I have seen on the television news that people all around America are struggling with economic problems. They said our economy is going down badly. I have felt people just want a new president could help them out of their problems.
We have sent too many troops to the Iraq war and our money keeps leaking.Following the Washington Post wrote "the U.S.A has spent around $ 3 trillion and will spend much more on the Iraq war". We have to end this war as soon as possible. I think we need money to put into our economy.
Meanwhile our banks are still having problem because of foreclosure rates have increased up to a record of 4.2 million(Wikipedia). On the ABC News Oct 13, 2008 noted that the Congress has had to throw out $250 billion to bail out those banks.As the result, I think it's because home prices are too high for people afford. If there were lower prices on housing maybe foreclosures never happen.
Our debts to other countries has raised up more than $9 trillion and it has showed on the Wikipedia. We need to end those debts soon by forcing people to buy products made in the U.S.A. This will help the industries to grow so we could export goods to other countries for exchange and pay off our debts.
Mr. President we need to push more energy from green sources so we can save the money on using gas. I have a SUV car, so I have to spend a lot of money for the gas. It has made me to get a second job because one job couldn't help me stand hard on the gas prices. Can you have a conversation with main countries which product oil to reduce the prices so our markets can get back to normal. Gas prices have effected our people so much to their incomes. Mr.President, I want you to save our economy by your powers.
