The energy crisis is a growing disaster in our great nation. In this letter to the future president I refer to both sides of the problem, both Democratic and Republican. I list in detail the different plans put forward by both candidates and how they will effect our country.

The gist of my letter is keep the federal government from deciding who we can marry, and what we do with our bodies. Also that we need to completely switch to a renewable energy that is cleaner. Just DO IT!!!!

We spend lots of money on oil. We pollute our air. We are in a war with Iraq. Global Warming is occuring. And why is this? It's because we are too dependent on oil. We need to find and explore alternative energy sources. We must create the moment. And to do this we must work together, as the people of the United States.

You need to invest more money to correct the energy crisis in America.

We the people hunger for a new solution to the energy crisis. Researching technology like Solar and Wind power will bring us to the future because continuing to be addicted to forgein oil will be soon run out. We will soon develop the ways to be energy independent by using renewable resources.

This addresses the issue of rising gas prices and the need for lowering the cost of fuel.

What I am talking about is our current energy crisis and the war going on in Iraq. Both are very serious matters, and need many changes.

There are many problems that our next president is going to have to face. Struggles with the environment, oil, and our energy crisis are just a few. We need to have a plan to get out of the troubles were in and get on to a greener, better future.

I'm writing to the next president about the issues and finding a way to fix them.
