How would you feel if you were told who you can and cannot love? Love something that should not be denied. So stop being so close minded and let's get these PEOPLE their rights.

That statement isn't true for all Americans, especially Americans who are homosexual. The government still denies homosexuals many of their "basic rights." It's about time this issue is corrected and homosexuals get the rights they deserve as American citizens.

The disparity of rights between gays and straights is our country's NEW segregation.

Throughout history there have been many arguments over the rights among different peoples. Now a new fight is on our front; the fights for gays to gain equal rights, as well as their constitutional liberties to marry. Gays deserve the same support and equality given to their predecessors who came before them.

Immigration and Gay Rights are two of the main issues that need to be fixed immediately.

Obviously the U.S is passing through a hard time at this moment, there is a faltering economy and discrimination going on, yet we all know we must do something about it but no body bothers to make a change. Mr. President, we need you to make a change.

It is clear that you will have many things to do now that you are president. Everyone in this country has their own requests and I understand that. Though, I am addressing something that matters a lot to many other people, so it is not only affecting me. Gay marriage, it isn't really something that can be ignored, because it is like abandoning a portion of your job.

One issue that directly affects about 4,300,000 people of the American population is gay rights. Not only do they affect the lives of people who are gay or involved in a homosexual relationship, but the parents, friends, and children of homosexuals are affected by the these rights too. The specific characters of gay rights include; the legalization of marriage, the process of adoption, and the dispersal of health care benefits for homosexual couples.

My main issues are education, war, economy, and gay rights. The reason I chose these issues is because these are the main issues people in the United States are worry about, and there must be a change.

This is my opinion about new leaders and supporting gay rights.
